To pause/ cancel or edit your subscription, click on the 'login' tab on our website. Once you're logged in, you will be able to edit your subscription. You can even swap your product!

If your login doesn't work, that may mean your subscription has not yet been activated. If that's the case, send us an email and we'll be able to help.

We dispatch all orders within 24hrs of them being placed. We have same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm.

Shipping times can vary depending on location, although most of our orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Order express if you need to play it safe.

This is dependent on your brewing method! We always recommend having your own grinder, nothing tastes better than freshly ground beans. If you need us to grind your coffee for you, here is a helpful guide.

Espresso: A very fine grind, suitable for standard home espresso machines.

Filter: A mid-range grind. Suitable for perculator, V60, Moccamaster and other gravity fed filter methods.

Wholebean: Best if you have a grinder! Can't get better than fresh beans. To shop our range of grinders, click here.

A super simple guide I like to follow, is if you drink your coffee with milk - you will want to go for a blend of some kind. The Goods is a perfect start. If you like something with a bit more of a kick, go The Verve.

If caffeine isn't your thing, and you are after a decaf coffee to kick-butt in your milk, we also have our decaf blend After Hours.

Other tasty options include the dark chocolatey Sidamo, Ethiopia or the nutty Pedralva, Brazil.

If you want to step into the wonderful world of black coffee, we always have 4 rotating seasonal, single origin coffees. These are a higher grade coffee, that deliver exceptional flavours. Shop our seasonals here.

And again, if caffeine isn't your thing - or if it's getting a bit late for your usual coffee, we also have a single origin decaf, Unbuzzed. Tastes delicious black.

Yes we do! Feel free to call our Glee HQ warehouse to book in a machine/ grinder service. You can also drop it in to us to have a look, but please note for walk-ins there is a 1-2 week turn around.
